Exotic and peaceful retreat on outskirts of city. Lovely decor and extensive gardens with a range of animals. Rooms offered plenty of space and traditional charm. The delicious food was some of the best we had during our stay.
Location was a little far from city center and required additional cost for transportation. The price of meals and services was on the high side compared to other establishments, which may not be ideal for budget travelers.

Thanks to Florence and her staff, we (5 adults and 3 kids) had a wonderful six night stay at Villa Vanille. The food was so wonderful we only ate out on two evenings. They were extremely flexible and the two pools were wonderful. The kids also loved the small animal farm. They had loads of tips and saved us money by advising what the real price of items we wanted to purchase were. Both our family rooms were nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The air conditioning has some minor problems but considering it was 40+ it was always going to be difficult to keep the rooms very cool. We would definitely return again to Villa Vanille.

The host, Florence, and all her staff was always making all the efforts to make us happy and feel comfortable. Standing by the beautiful swimming pool while drinking minth tea and delicious "cornes de gazelle" was so relaxing ! The food served in their restaurant is just delecious and generous ! The room we had was lovely and well furnished. It was really nice to take every morning the breakfast served on the table just in front of our room, enjoying the sun from the first ray of light to the last one.

The hotel had a familial feel and beautiful surroundings. The food was great and they were accommodating with our little boy. The warm welcome and kindness of the staff was exceptional. The grounds were well-maintained, and we enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and massage services. a wonderful experience.

We (two adults and three children, aged 7-10-14) had a wonderful and very enjoyable stay at villa vanille. All staf members (Florence, Fatima, Karima) were very helpfull, attentive and friendly. The accomodation is superb: plenty of space, very quiet, lovely swimming pools and very relaxing and cosy atmosphere for dining and resting.

Excellent food, excellent staff and very relaxing. The 2 pools were lovely and catered for the kids and adults. The gardens and animals kept the kids entertained and allowed the adults to relax. The food was excellent and the owner/manager Florence was always available for assistance and suggestions. She organised taxi's into town each day and was very friendly. A must stay for families!

We spent our Easter break in a charming hotel located outside the bustling center of town. the outdoor pool and massage services were perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the surroundings. the rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had great views of the beautifully maintained gardens. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help, giving us insider tips for nearby activities and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit and pastries.
The hotel was a bit far from the city center, so transportation costs added up quickly. some services, such as dinner, were not transparently priced and ended up being higher than expected.

What a fantastic hideaway. A peaceful retreat away from the bustle of Marrakesh. We visited with our 2 sons (age 3 and 1) and found the place to be very family friendly. There was a separate room for them which was attached to ours via the luxurious bathroom and they even provided dinner for the boys separately at tea time (which was free!) and then served us our evening meal later in the evening on our terrace overlooking the pool so we could listen out for them whilst they slept. The gardens and pools are wonderful , there is even an area for donkeys, goats and chickens as well as some swings. I thoroughly recommend Villa Vanille. Excellent service and amazing food.
A menu would have been handy. (Everything we got was delicious though.)
